Liz is a qualified stress consultant, having gained an advanced diploma in stress management. She has also trained in stress counselling and psychotherapy, including solution focused brief therapy. Liz is an accredited corporate and life coach and a qualified business mentor. She has also trained in business counselling and business advisory skills. Liz is a volunteer business mentor for start up businesses and a volunteer for The Meningitis Trust.

Liz has over 20 years of business experience at senior management and director level, with Price Waterhouse, Thomas Cook and in her own businesses.
